Mission:
The ALH Group's annual kick-off event aimed to build a bridge between the past and the future - both in terms of content and cooperation between people, technology and specialist areas. How can the connection between past and future be organised in one event and successfully implemented at a suitable location?
Solution:
The leitmotif: a journey through time that connects the past and the future. In the futuristic setting of the new Heidelberg Congress Centre and with an AI-supported robot as co-moderator, the participants embarked on a journey through the ‘time stations’ of sales. As in the film ‘Back to the Future’, key moments from the past were visited on film - and their effects on the company's development were analysed. Workshops were then held to discuss the role that digitalisation, artificial intelligence and robotics could play in the future. The future bazaar set up especially for this purpose enabled participants to immerse themselves directly in this future and experience it at first hand.
Success:
Our journey through time has made it clear that it is the people who carry technology into the future. They are the decisive factor in making sales fit for the future - a real journey through time into the digital future of sales. With our journey through time, we were able to experience at this JAT how the combination of past, present and future visions opens up new perspectives for a successful future.
