Mission:

The move to the new ALH location in Stuttgart Degerloch is more than just relocating to a new office: it is part of a cultural transformation that affects the entire ALH Group. Therefore, we aim to emotionally support the restart with a collaborative event approach, inspire enthusiasm for change and New Work, and engage all employees in the excitement about the new location. But how can we organize an event for over 1,000 people in a limited space, where all guests can actively participate?

Solution:

Under the guiding principle "A Home for All," we designed a diverse program across five uniquely themed areas. In the heart of the event were communication and exchange—guests could celebrate, chat, and laugh to their heart's content in the "Meeting Zone," "Communication Lab," and "Team Playground." In keeping with the season, the courtyard was transformed into a cozy Christmas market, completed with a fire pit, mulled wine and grilling stations. The ALH executives even took the opportunity to stand behind the grill and share recipe tips. Things heated up further with a live performance by the employee band "ALHearts." A light show marked the start of the "Future Home" initiative, and from this point on, all employees are eagerly looking forward to the first day in the new "Officehome."

Success:

A housewarming at its finest! A sophisticated spatial concept with multiple event areas, a dynamic program, and the "Racing Host" Aljoscha Höhn ensured that over 1,000 people celebrated together, gained exciting insights into the workplace of the future, and experienced New Work firsthand – in a house designed for everyone.
