Mission:

Every year, digital solutions leader Atos Unify launches a wide range of innovations that help businesses improve their communications infrastructure. Our hybrid event format is designed to showcase latest product innovations to customers. The event also gave the guests an exciting insight into the company's own Business Technology & Innovation Center.


Solution:

We transformed the Atos Unify Innovation Centre into an interactive event studio: Participants became part of the production in front of and behind the scenes. The new conference format transferred the company's claim of efficient communication and collaboration to the entire event. In three office areas, mobile recording technology was used to create a studio set that also gave digital participants a live insight into the company. Thanks to interactive networking tools, digital exhibition stands and a media library, communication and information were provided on all channels. The final evening event in a Munich rooftop location provided "purely analogue" culinary enjoyment.


Success:

With almost 400 participants, we organised the largest Atos Unify partner conference to date. With high-quality production, online networking tools and exciting external keynote speakers, this hybrid format was a resounding success.
